DOMINIC LENTINI

A Conway, New Hampshire native, I was first introduced to fly fishing by my dad when I was 8. One spring evening, he was fishing in our back yard on the Swift River with a friend. I was mesmerized, so I asked if I could try. He suggested that it would be too hard, but I was a stubborn kid. He conceded and handed me his rod. Minutes later, I landed my first brook trout on the fly.

Whether fishing for brook trout in our backyard in New Hampshire, floating the Connecticut River, fishing for wild rainbows on the Androscoggin or hitting the Saco River at 5 a.m., fly fishing has always been a core part of my identity.

While some describe me as passionate, others would say I’m obsessed. I’ve spent many seasons learning all the ins and outs of fly fishing in New Hampshire. I live for every moment I can get on the river. Researching, tying, planning, fishing—it’s what drives me.

Like most of life, the best things are experienced with others. From beginners to life long anglers, I love sharing the world of fly fishing. That’s why I started Fly Fish NH.

Let me share that experience with you.
